No — once we receive your nomination we notify the relevant system automatically. Your GP simply continues to issue prescriptions as normal.
Yes. You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time via the NHS App, by contacting your GP surgery, or by calling us on 0116 202 6050 (or WhatsApp us on 07770 476050).
Yes — tick the "on behalf of" checkbox in the form and provide both your details and the patient's details. We may ask for proof of authority if required.
